Barium titanate

Barium titanate

Barium titanate is used in radio engineering industry as a material for production of the multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCs) and posistors, piezoceramic radiators (sonars) and receivers (microphones) of various frequency acoustic vibration, as a substrate for super-high frequency (SHF) integrated circuits, as a material for production of resistive heating elements. The product is produced by the Technical Specification (TY) 20.59.59-057-48591565-2018.
