Lead (II) oxide for piezoceramics TY 20.59.59-073-48591565-2020
Lead (II) oxide forms the crystals of two modifications:
1) α-modification, yellow lead, stable to 489 ° C, red crystals of tetragonal crystal system;
2) β-modification, a massicot is stable at the temperature above 489 ° С and metastable at room temperature, yellow crystals of rhombic crystal system.
It reacts with acids. The melting point is 886 ° C.
