A design has been developed for IR-visualization cards in the 760 - 860 nm spectral region using lasers with 15 mW/mm2 radiation power, the production has mastered. The cards stable register a low-powered IR-radiation. If you use the cards in the darkness place, precharge of the card will need by sunlight.
