New developments of materials for thin-layer optics.

Specialists of RPF "Luminofor" have developed new types of film-forming materials (FFM):
- manufacturing process of cadmium sulfide for thin-layer optics. It is in a tablet's form and the purity of 3 N;
- manufacturing process of hafnium titanate for thin-layer optics. It is tablets and powder of the required size and with purity of 4 N;
hafnium (IV) oxide for thin-layer optics in the spherical form of granules of the required size (0.5-5.0 micron) and 3 N purity;
- manufacturing process of targets made from cesium iodide (Ø75-100 mm, h 4-7 mm, purity of 4 N);
- zinc sulfide for thin-layer optics. It is a powder of the required size and purity of 3 N.
