Cathodophosphors for field emission displays are used for conversion of the electron energy up to 500 eV.

Application

For creating of flat matrix screens of the television chromacity standard working on the principle of autoelectronic emission of micropointed cathodes formed on the base of thin-film technology.

Advantages 

Phosphors allow to create the screens with high resolution ability and the emission brightness of the screen; a wide angle of view; small consumed power; low control voltage; long lifetime.
