Phosphors for energy-saving fluorescent lamps

Phosphors and their mixtures are used for converting the UV-emission (254 nm) of the mercury discharge into visible light.

Application

The phosphor is used as a component of the phosphor coating for general lighting fluorescent lamps providing the high parameters of a light flux and total color-rendering index (tubing and compact fluorescent lamps).

Advantages

These phosphors have high emission efficiency and high operating stability in the energy-saving and compact fluorescent lamps.
